By accessing or using cChat ("the Service"), operated by Crafted Gamz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
cChat is an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform. Messages are encrypted on your device before transmission and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient. Crafted Gamz has no ability to read your message content.
You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 12 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may not share your account or register on behalf of another person without their consent.
Your private encryption key is derived from your password. Password reset is not possible. If you lose your password, your encrypted message history is permanently inaccessible. Crafted Gamz cannot recover your keys or messages under any circumstances.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) transmit unlawful, harassing, abusive, or threatening content; (b) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Crafted Gamz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Gamz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Crafted Gamz ("we", "us") operates cChat. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to your privacy, your message content is end-to-end encrypted and is never readable by us.
Account data: email address, username, and your encrypted public key (used to enable E2E encryption between users).
Encrypted keypair blob: your private key, encrypted with your password via AES-GCM, stored so you can log in from any device. We cannot decrypt this blob.
Encrypted messages: message ciphertext and metadata (sender, recipient UIDs, timestamps, disappear timers). Message content is always encrypted before leaving your device.
Usage data: standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings, retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
We use collected data to: operate and maintain the Service; authenticate your identity; deliver encrypted messages to recipients; enforce our Terms of Service; and improve service reliability. We do not use your data for advertising.
Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot read the contents of any message you send or receive. Your private key is encrypted with your password before it ever reaches our servers, we have no means of decrypting it.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) infrastructure providers (e.g. Firebase/Google) under strict data processing agreements; (b) law enforcement when required by valid legal process; (c) successors in the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to users.
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Messages with disappear timers are deleted after their timer expires. Upon account deletion, your user document and associated data are permanently removed. Backups may persist for up to 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time through Account settings. For other requests, contact us at craftedgamz.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS in transit and AES-GCM encryption at rest for message content. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
